Complete the form below and arrange to get your Better Than New items to us. Select for either collection from a location in the West Suffolk/Cambridgeshire area, or we can send you a sustainable bag to stuff and send back to us.

Please note that we specialise in quality consignment from designer labels to popular High Street shops. Typical items should be no older than two to three years old (unless considered vintage), washed or professionally dry-cleaned, and in pristine condition.

We will assess each item to determine suitability for resale and research the best possible price for both parties. We price our items to be competitive in the market. Please note that the final selling price is determined and/or reduced at our sole discretion, which includes promotions and seasonal sales.

Sit back and relax! After we have accepted your Better Than New item(s) for resale, it’s over to us. We will photograph them and list them for sale on our site, as well as on various social media outlets.

Thirty (30) days after your Better Than New item sells, we will pay you your net portion of the sale proceeds by way of bank transfer or will hold the amount in your account as a credit that you can use towards some Better Than New items that are better on you.
